New Single Game School Record: Carter Combs drops 35 Pts in win over Fairfield!

Carter Combs broke the oldest record in the Lakota West record book, that being 34 points, in a single game. This mark was set by Dan Hutzelman in West’s first season, 1997-98, and later tied by Andy Dunn at Millete Hall, in 2000.Combs netted a free throw for his 35th point with 14 seconds remaining in the game. He also contributed a game topping 6 steals. Julian Mackey provided the Firebirds with a one-two scoring punch by adding 26 points which included making 11 of 14 free throws. Brady Weber netted 14 points and added a team leading 8 rebounds.
