Track & Field Pre-Season Conditioning!
Track and Field Training/Lifting begins Thursday 11/12/20 from 3:00-4:45. Athletes will meet in the upper gym for a temperature and wellness check each day before working out. Masks need to be worn before and after workout. Workouts will be Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:00-4:45. We will add another day to the workout schedule here in a few weeks. This is not mandatory but highly recommended for those that plan to run this winter and spring.
