Chance Gray reaches 1,000 points in win over Colerain!
Summary:
The Firebirds found themselves quickly chasing a 13 point lead by the Colerain Cardinals at the end of the 1st quarter. The lead didn’t last long as the Amora Flores scored 20 points and Chance Gray led the team with a season high 34 points. West went on the hand the Cards a 79-62 loss. History was made when (Jr.) Chance Gray joined the 1,000 point club in her short Lakota West career. Chance now becomes the 6th player in LWGB program to score 1,000 points and join the historic list of great basketball players here at Lakota West. Chance continues to lead the GMC at 29.0 ppg.
