Cross Country
West XC has strong showing at GMC League Meet!
Saturday, the Cross Country teams participated in the GMC league meet. The girls finished third overall and the boys finished fifth.

For the girls, Evelyn Prohedal finished first overall by one minute and earned GMC Runner of the Year. Lauren Mang, finished seventh overall and earned First Team all GMC. Maddie Asher and Kaylee Mobley finished third and fourth for the team and earned Second Team all GMC. Anna Brummer finished fifth on the team and rounded out the team scoring. Congratulations to all ladies for a great performance at the GMC Meet and a fantastic season.

For the boys, Colin Shanks finished in 6th place and earned First Team all GMC. Connor Davis, Ben Zimmerer, and Michael Schumacher finished 2nd, 3rd, and 4th on the team and earned Second Team all GMC. Asher Martin finished 5th for West.
Congratulations to all Lakota West Runners for a fantastic season. Good luck to the boys and girls Varsity teams as they prepare to compete in the Southwest District Championships at VOA on Saturday.
